My darling daughter has a keen nose and is more than ready to let us know when Mia has a poopy diaper or one of the dogs have farted, so when she farted today, I looked at her and asked, "Did you fart?" In retrospect, this was a stupid question- one of the those questions that I already know the answer for, but I was hoping to teach her a lesson about being polite and saying "excuse me", so when I asked this, I got a fairly appropriate response. She gave me the cocked eyebrow and sighed exasperately, "Yeahhhh, everyone farts". My mom and I had to hide our laughter.
