I don't think I have ever had a more fun Christmas morning. Makaela was so funny! She is at the age where everything is a major surprise that watching her open her gifts was hysterical. She was very enthusiastic and even when she opened a toothbrush, she gushed and made it a big deal (of course the fact that it was a Dora and Diego toothbrush definitely helped). She also concocted a story about her meeting Santa Claus sometime during the night and that she got to talk to him. Mia, on the other hand, gave me a great present: sleeping 5 consecutive hours!! She slept through all the present opening, but Makaela had no problem opening up her sister's gifts for her.
