Our flight to NY and who was waiting for us...

Makaela, Mia and I started out trek to NY yesterday and after two flights and a layover in Dallas, I am happy to report that we arrived totally untraumatized. Both girls were fabulous flyers. Makaela stayed up and watched movies while Mia slept and when Mia woke, Makaela conveniently fell asleep. Of course Mom didn't get any sleep, but a peaceful trip was all I could as for. Makaela was very impatient when we got off the last plane because she knew she was going to see a special someone.
