While I was in the hospital, I grabbed an Island Family magazine from the hospital lobby to read and I came across an ad for a local photographer who took pictures that resembled Anne Geddes work. I love Anne Geddes, so I thought I would inquire. We scheduled her photo shoot and she was 5 days old at the time. Usually at that age, babies sleep better, but it took us a while to get Mia to sleep and even when she did fall asleep, she proceeded to poop and pee all over the ladies studio...multiple times :-) Luckily, we got some great pictures.
