I was wondering how I was going to broach the issue of breastfeeding with Makaela, but she picked up on her own. As I was feeding Mia, Makaela said, "mommy, is she eating from your blueberries?" I guess she thinks nipples look like blueberries? Or maybe she heard "boobies" and mistook the word for "blueberries". Later when I was feeding Mia, Makaela said she wanted some of "mama's milk". When I told her that she couldn't have this milk and that it was for Mia, she said, "ok, then I'll have some of daddy's milk". That would be a sight!

Makaela and Breastfeeding
